Terms Of Use

1) It is $4.00 to post a service/goods, a maximum of 10 pictures are allowed to support the posting.

2) The posting is subject to approval before being displayed. The approval period is within 12hrs to 24hrs.

3) The posting will last for only 30 days. The account holder has the right to edit the post’s contents (both words and photographs) only once after the posting has been displayed. The edited version is also subject to approval before reposting.

4) All items on the prohibited list shall not be posted on the websites.

5) Any goods/services not in the prohibited list but of which “LinksOfAfrica.com” considered harmful to the public shall also not be approved.

6) “LinksOfAfrica.com” shall be not be used in any form, or purpose to infringe, misrepresent, or contravene any intellectual property right or other rights of anybody or applicable law.

7) “LinksOfAfrica.com” reserved the sole right to accept, reject, or delete any posts and related pictures deemed inappropriate, or not in line with Terms of Usage without refunding the posting fee.

8) If the general is selected in any of the categories, you can mention all services under such category, but you can't use one post for different categories.

Permission

If you agree to our “TOU,” it means you are bound by the“TOU” and therefore you are given revocable, limited, non-assignable, and non-exclusive permission to use “LinksOfAfrica.com” in accordance with the“TOU.” Agreeing to the “TOU'' also means you have given “LinksOfAfrica.com” unlimited permission to host your posts for the time period of your subscription.
